6. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

7. SHIPMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

7. RETURN
(Right of Withdrawal - Decree-Law 24/2014, of February 14) The user may exercise the right of withdrawal without any compensation being demanded, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he acquires possession good physics.

10. ITEM GUARANTEES Modeling items are complex and high-performance machines. It is considered that the user has the minimum knowledge necessary to use, handle, treat and maintain these machines as such. Pursuant to article 3 of Decree-Law 67/2003 of 8 April (cf. amended by Decree-Law 84/2008 of 21 May), all items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase, and that manifest within a maximum period of 2 (two) years after the delivery date, provided that they are communicated within a maximum period of 2 months from the date on which they are detected.
Assistance within the warranty of the items sold by www.JN80-RC-Scale.pt, will be provided by the respective manufacturer and under the conditions imposed by him, unless he has authorization, as well as technical means, for www. JN80-RC-Scale.pt or technical partner designated by www.JN80-RC-Scale.pt, carry out the repair.

Failure to comply with one of these conditions implies the total loss of warranty.
Warranty Exclusions: Articles used in competition or high competition; Parts subject to wear; Electrical and/or electronic components assembled or applied by the user; Servo MOSFET Gears; Electric motor brushes; Lithium (Li) based batteries and battery packs (eg Li-Po, Li-Io and Li-Fe) (All batteries are tested before leaving our facility).
The remaining warranty conditions, regarding the warranty period, handling, use and conservation, are the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer, and only defined by him, and these may, in some cases, override the conditions described above. If, after analysis, it is found that the item is not covered by the warranty conditions, the process will be treated as out of warranty.
11. OUTSIDE WARRANTY REPAIRS
For items out of warranty by date, or by exclusion, a prior quote will always be made; Non-acceptance of the quote implies a payment of twenty euros (20€) to cover labor and diagnosis times, plus the respective shipping costs; The deadline for payment of a quote or other expenses is 48 working hours after the date of submission.
If no payment is made by the deadline, the material is considered abandoned under the terms of article 1267, no. 1, paragraph a) of the Civil Code, so www.JN80-RC-Scale.pt is no longer responsible for the integrity of the equipment.
From the moment it is considered abandoned, the holder is obliged to pay, as a penalty clause, the amount of 2.5 Euros for each day of delay in the collection.
In case of debt, www.JN80-RC-Scale.pt has the right to retain all existing material in its facilities, until it is fully paid; www.JN80-RC-Scale.pt is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the need to repair the material; www.JN80-RC-Scale.pt reserves the right to change a quote if other deficiencies are detected during the repair or if there are any changes during the repair/construction; Return shipping costs are always borne by the end customer. 12.
